I found these wood mounting pieces at my grandparents' apartment and thought up so many different possibilities for them. I decided to use my chalkboard spray paint on one of them. Lucky for me, my desire to make these and a beautiful blue skied day coincided so I didn't have to spray paint in our creepy basement! After they dried, I found some ribbon and attached it on the back. Nice and simple!
