I saw
this recipe over here and wanted to make it immediately. Lemon and cookies...two of my favorites. After officially taste testing, my hubby told me that these were some of the best cookies that I've ever made. Lucky for him and me...they were also some of the easiest!
Mix together:
1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Butter (softened)
Preheat the oven to 350. Line some cookie sheets with parchment paper then plop 'em on! Aim for teaspoon size scoops. Bake for 8-10 minutes. I found that I liked the crispier ones better.
