I had a wedding to go to in October so I figured it would be a great chance to sew something that could be a bit dressier. I found this fabric that has a great texture to it. It's kind of a striped purple/maroon knit with a dark, flowery pattern on top of it. I kept it pretty simple by going with a basic shift dress (my favorite!). I just love the final product...dressy and comfortable!
I can't believe I only have two more dresses to go before I finish my 2015 challenge of sewing one dress per month!
